Phlebotomy Service for routine bloods

If you have been asked by the doctor to have bloods taken by the Phlebotomist we have a few options:

1.  Ask reception for a label with contains your details, date of birth and CHI number.   This label can be taken to the main reception where an appointment can be made for you.
2. Using a new QR code.  This code can be accessed via the reception desk in the form of a poster.  You can use your mobile phone to open the app.   You will be asked a couple of questions, name and date of birth, it will also ask if your doctor has requested these bloods to be taken, the app will close if you answer no, and then you will enter your telephone number for the Phlebotomy Team to call you and arrange a suitable time and date.
3. Alternatively you can call and arrange to make the appointment yourself on 0141 355 1525.
